When you opt in to receive SMS/text messages, we collect your mobile phone number and carrier information solely for the purpose of delivering the messages you have consented to receive. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number or any SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your mobile information (including phone number, carrier details, and opt-in status) may be shared only with our SMS service provider for the sole purpose of transmitting messages on our behalf. Our service provider is contractually prohibited from using your mobile information for any purpose other than delivering our messages.
All consent and opt-in data collected through our SMS program is treated as confidential and is subject to the same security measures described in this Privacy Policy. Carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network conditions and coverage.
