If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ryan Home Solutions LLC.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Ryan Home Solutions provides real estate brokerage, property listing, construction, renovation, and related services across the United States. Our Services include, but are not limited to: property search and listing, real estate brokerage, construction and renovation project management, property maintenance services, consultation and advisory services, and visa/relocation assistance.

All property listings and related information displayed on our platform are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or current availability of any listing. Property details including pricing, availability, square footage, and features are subject to change without notice and should be independently verified.

Ryan Home Solutions does not warrant that any property information, including but not limited to photographs, floor plans, lot sizes, HOA fees, or descriptions, is free from errors. Buyers and sellers should conduct their own due diligence and engage licensed professionals for inspections, appraisals, and legal review.

By submitting a contact form, inquiry, or any communication through our Services, and by checking the required communications consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive communications from Ryan Home Solutions via email, telephone, SMS/text message, and other electronic means regarding your inquiry, our services, and related information. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any property or service.

If you additionally opt in to receive promotional communications, you consent to receive marketing messages including but not limited to: new property listings, market updates, price changes, neighborhood insights, exclusive offers, event invitations, newsletters, and promotional content. This promotional consent is separate and optional from the required service communications consent.

SMS Use Cases: When you opt in to communications from Ryan Home Solutions, you may receive text messages for the following purposes: responses to your property inquiries; appointment and showing confirmations and reminders; transaction status updates (e.g., offer received, closing scheduled); property alert notifications matching your criteria; customer service follow-ups; and, if you opt in to promotional messages, new listing announcements, market insight summaries, price drop alerts, open house invitations, and exclusive promotional offers.

Message Frequency: For service-related messages, frequency varies based on your inquiry and transaction activity. For promotional messages, you may receive approximately 2 to 8 messages per month. Message volume may increase during active transactions or peak real estate seasons.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Ryan Home Solutions is not responsible for any charges your carrier may impose for sending or receiving SMS/text messages. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP (or QUIT, CANCEL, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. After opting out of promotional messages, you may still receive service-related texts tied to active inquiries or transactions. Supported Carriers: SMS messaging is supported on most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Service availability may vary. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Ryan Home Solutions and mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and network conditions beyond our control.

Carriers shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, delays, or failures in the transmission or delivery of any SMS/text messages sent through or on behalf of Ryan Home Solutions. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

By opting in to receive text messages, you acknowledge that message delivery is not guaranteed and that neither Ryan Home Solutions nor any wireless carrier warrants that messages will be delivered without delay or error. You agree to hold wireless carriers harmless for any claims, damages, or losses arising from SMS/text message communications.

Our Services, including all SMS/text messaging programs, are intended exclusively for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our Services and opting in to receive communications, you represent and confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

If we become aware that an individual under the age of 18 has opted in to receive communications or is using our Services, we will promptly terminate their enrollment and delete any associated personal information. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You represent and warrant that all information you provide to us is truthful, accurate, and complete, and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information.

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; (b) submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data; (f) harvest, scrape, or collect personal information of other users; (g) use automated systems or bots to access our Services without written permission; or (h) reproduce, distribute, or republish property listings or content without authorization.

Any violation of these obligations may result in immediate termination of your access to our Services and may subject you to legal liability.

All content on the Ryan Home Solutions website and Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, property descriptions, video content, software, and compilation of data, is the property of Ryan Home Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Ryan Home Solutions name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Ryan Home Solutions LLC. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to: modify or copy our materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose; remove any copyright or proprietary notations; or transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using our Services: engaging in any form of discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, or any other protected class in violation of the Fair Housing Act; submitting fraudulent property inquiries or false offers; using our Services to facilitate money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

Additionally, you may not: send unsolicited communications or spam through our platform; attempt to circumvent any security features; use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools; interfere with the proper functioning of the Services; or engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

Ryan Home Solutions does not guarantee that: (a) the Services will meet your specific requirements; (b) the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) any property information will be accurate, reliable, or complete; (d) any defects in the Services will be corrected; or (e) any particular results will be obtained from use of the Services.

IN NO EVENT SHALL RYAN HOME SOLUTIONS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OUR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

Ryan Home Solutions is committed to full compliance with the Fair Housing Act. All real estate advertised through our Services is subject to the Fair Housing Act, which makes it illegal to advertise any preference, limitation, or discrimination based on protected characteristics. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of any protected characteristic.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Collier County, Florida.
